Many of the functions in our system take as little as a few clicks. We can generate reports instantly as well as define all of your space in as little as a few minutes.

One of the functions that we offer is our drag and drop function. This is most commonly used in our Moves and Occupancy modules. This function is one that we talk about often, because it is one that our clients find incredibly useful. The drag and drop function allows our uses to visually organize their space by dragging and then dropping icons on a floor plan. This works in conjunction with our moving bus tool, and can make moves, even large ones, so much quicker and easier to organize and carry out.

Quick set up

Inputting all of your data into the new Accordant system can take as little as a few weeks. Many are used to using legacy systems or completely CAD based systems. Accordant is so much more efficient when uploading these files, and is much more reliable when you need to upload new floors / buildings in the future. The time it takes to set up Accordant for your clients is up to 70% less than setting up a legacy system. 70%!
Our system is 100% web-based and can provide everything you need with live updates to make sure that all of your data is accurate at all times. If you make a change with seating arrangements in our Moves or Occupancy Modules, this will then be instantly be shown in floorplans and in reports.

Accordant’s Moves system includes many features that can have your move jobs planned in a matter of hours. Our moving bus and drag and drop features as mentioned above not only means that no employee will ever fall through the cracks again, but you can easily arrange and rearrange staff as needed. Then, create all of the move documents needed and send them to the correct people in seconds. Our system also has a built in checker to make sure that everything is as it needs to be before finalizing the move. We also allow you to make smaller changes in our Occupancy module.
