This organization was a Global Advisory and Project management firm. They had 900+ staff over 14 buildings, and were looking into merging two of their buildings to create one corporate headquarters.
Previous to this huge job, they had been using a combination of excel and CAD drawing to arrange new floor plans and the staff they needed to seat. They immediately knew that this wouldn’t work.
